Developer Community is a platform where Microsoft engineers provide technical support and gather valuable user feedback. As part of an initiative to reimagine the user flow and enhance the overall experience, I led the project’s direction—designing intuitive user flows, defining the color palette, creating icons and UI components, and conceptualizing the email communication flow. This work aimed to make the platform more seamless, engaging, and user-friendly.
